Hyperandrogenism and the IAAF’s Eligibility Regulations for Female Classification - fair, meaningful or necessary?

On 23 April 2018 the International Association of Athletics Federations (‘IAAF’) issued new Eligibility Regulations for Female Classification (Athletes with Differences of Sexual Development) which come into effect from 1 November 2018.
